. It stands 30 inches high, with 21-22 inches of that being visible tusk. There's probably another 4 inches or so of tusk in bone. It is 9 inches across and weighs 20 lbs. The bit of separation you see at the top of the tusks is a bit of the outer enamel layer of the ivory. It is not at all any kind of structural liability. This is a beautiful mask, old, nicely colored, solid and well shaped.
